- Remote or rural areas may require additional time.
- We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Shipping Charges

- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order value (if applicable).
- Order Tracking
- After your order is dispatched, you will receive:

- Courier partner details
- Tracking link
- You can check the live status of your shipment using the tracking link provided.
- Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners will make 1–3 delivery attempts.
- If the customer is unavailable, the package may be:
- Held at the local delivery center, or
- Returned to us if uncollected
- In case of return due to non-availability, reshipping charges may apply.
- Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Anjani Sut is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Unreachable contact number
- Customer not available at the time of delivery
Re-shipping of orders will require additional charges.
- Damaged or Missing Products
If your package arrives damaged, opened, or tampered, please:

- Take clear photos of the package and product.
- Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assist you with replacement or refund as per our policy.
